Tony is CORNISH by birth from Redruth in Cornwall, he has lived in the villages of “The Lizard and Mevagissey” also in Cornwall. He was classically qualified as a Chef at Camborne College; his very first full-time job was at the Ritz Hotel in London’s West End. Tonys Hospitality and Food Industry roles continued to the dizzy heights of Training Officer with one of the UK’s largest Food Manufacturing Blue Chip companies which supply cooked and chilled food products to many of the UK’s Supermarkets.
Tony moved into radio whilst in the Army, then later joined Community Radio, this included teaching NVQ radio production skills, and courses were also run at In2beats FM 106.5.

Tony also has many years of teaching employees at many educational establishments in Bedfordshire in business skills, this provided a platform to develop the skill sets necessary to manage everyday life for small businesses (SMEs) and individuals. Tony's main subject area is Food Hygiene Regulation and Standards in types of food outlets.

Tony has an eclectic interest in music styles, many of which will be played at regular intervals in his programs.
